Here At IAQS we have provided samples of our VOC and Mold inspection reporting. There are typically five types of reports provided which give a complete and thorough analysis of the air quality in your home or office. These reports are extremely important because there are many fungal, mold, VOC’s you simply cannot detect with a visual inspection and a DIY mold test kit.

Sample ERMI Report

Environmental Relative Moldiness Index (ERMI) Report. This report measures 36 species of mold spores. The index score is used to compare your home with others homes tested by ERMI.

Sample VOC Report

This test will be invaluable in determining the level of TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) including construction and consumer products in your home that may be off-gassing to dangerous levels. This is a comprehensive analyses of Fungal Spore identification. This report will identify the type(s) and count of fungus is in your home or business and whether or not that fungus is harmful.
